FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU HAVE A STANDARD PRICE LIST?

      Our prices are shown at the time you place your photos in the shopping cart. When you add a photo to your shopping cart a price is shown based on the size of the photo and the type of paper you choose. We recommend you place all of your photos in the cart and then sort through the photos and delete out the photos you do not want to purchase.

We do have set prices for special events such  as  weddings, anniversaries and team photos and we also have set prices for our "Spotlight Your Athlete" package.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PICTURES BACK?

    Within 48 hour of placing your order, your photos will be printed and shipped and  you should receive them in 5 to 7 days. Please contact LoonSong Photography if your photos are not received in this time frame so we can check into the matter.

HOW LONG WILL MY PHOTOS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

    LoonSong Photography monitors traffic to all of its online galleries and will remove a gallery when traffic is low. We do maintain CD copies of most of our galleries and will repost photos upon request.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER ARE YOUR PHOTOS PRINTED ON?

        Our photos are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive professional photographic paper and top quality Fuji Chemicals. Like other professional processing, your photos will not fade for more than 50 years.

WILL YOU REMOVE MY PHOTO FROM YOUR GALLERY?

        Just email Info@LoonSong.Net and let us know which photo you would like us to remove and we will gladly remove it. We will need to know what gallery the photo is in and what the photo number is in your email.
