The LoonSong Garden continually strives to grow the most flavour-full and life-giving food possible, to nourish health and community, and to support the thriving of the ecological communities we exist within.
Our Share Members eat some of the finest organic produce we can grow. They also have opportunities to participate in some of the garden process, and have a greater sense of connection to the life of your food.
Each Share Member contributes a minimum of 6 hours of time helping in the garden or associated tasks, during the season. The intention is to experience and develop a connection with growing and harvesting the food.
Wednesday harvests are the primary times when help is needed during the season. To volunteer click here.
LoonSong garden greatly welcomes and appreciates the assistance of our Share Members. The option to make an additional contribution of $100 in lieu of this work time is possible. This money helps to cover the cost of garden apprentices.
